WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
$10.00 flat rate for all deliveries within Australia under $100.
$25.00 flat rate for all deliveries outside Australia under $120.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping for purchases over:
- $ 100 for Australian customers.
- $ 120 for International customers.
This option will appear when selecting shipping method during the checkout process.
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?
All orders placed before 10:00am AEST will be processed and dispatched that day. Please note: during peak seasons including sale and holiday seasons, processing times may vary.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled or changed if you contact us before goods are dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team via email at email@example.com.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australian orders delivered to metropolitan locations via Australia Post E-Parcel Service:
- 1–2 Days for Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra
- 2–4 Days for Brisbane and Adelaide
- 5–7 Days for Perth, Hobart and Darwin
- For Australian orders delivered to regional and remote areas, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.
- For international orders please allow 3–5 days for your order to arrive (via DHL).
Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and that order processing and delivery times may vary.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- Australian customers can track their parcel via Australia Post.
- International customers can track their parcel via DHL.
ARE THERE ANY TAXES OR DUTIES PAYABLE?
Australian orders are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices on the website are inclusive of GST.
GST will not be applicable to orders sent internationally. GST will be removed from the cost of your order during the checkout process.
International orders may be subjected to local import taxes, duties and charges. The purchaser will be held responsible for the payment of all such charges. Please refer to the customs office of the destination country for more information regarding the import of goods and any related charges.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
All payments will be charged and processed in AUD. We accept payment via credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. Alternatively, you can also purchase your order using Afterpay service.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
AfterPay is an online payment method allowing customers to split the cost of a purchase into four equal payments. These payments are charged every two weeks with no interest or fees.

CAN MY PARCEL BE LEFT ON MY DOORSTEP IF I AM NOT HOME?
Unfortunately not. All orders require signature upon delivery.
I MISSED MY DELIVERY. HELP!
Australia Post (Australian customers) and DHL (International customers) will leave a ‘Missed Delivery’ card with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Our returns policy follows the ACCC Consumer Guarantee guidelines. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a fault with the product you have been delivered.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED VIA BEAUTYBOOSTERS.COM.AU?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that were not originally purchased through our website beautyboosters.com.au. Please contact the stockist from which you purchased your products directly to enquire about their returns policy.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED FAULTY/DAMAGED.
